October data can be released in November
The Employment Situation release on November 6 reports on October 2026. The CPI release on November 10 also refers to October. A November publication date does not make either release a November reference-month result. Values and any revisions must be read from the publisher after release.
Why does the calendar show two full days for the Fed?
The Federal Reserve's calendar lists an October 27-28 FOMC meeting. This page uses that meeting-date information; it does not infer a statement or press-conference time from a different meeting. The two-day calendar entry ends exclusively on October 29, so compatible apps display October 27 and 28.
How do the release times convert?
US daylight saving ends November 1. For the November 6 and 10 releases, 08:30 Eastern Standard Time is 13:30 UTC and 05:30 Pacific Standard Time. The timed calendar entries store those UTC instants without inventing an event duration. Other locations should use their own actual time zone.
