Race and qualifying use different local start times
Saturday qualifying is at 4 p.m. in Austin; Sunday’s race is at 3 p.m. Both rows preserve the published session and convert its own UTC instant. The official F1 broadcast list identifies Apple TV for US coverage; access depends on the current provider terms.
A useful check for viewers abroad
Spain changes its clocks between the sessions, so a fixed Austin–Madrid offset gives the wrong result for one of them. The table and UTC calendar handle the two sessions separately. A countdown reaching zero means only that the published time has arrived.
